We were on an extended road trip when we picked up a piece of metal in the rear tire of our 2009 Yellow Goldwing 6/14/17. Bobs Bike shop was recommended and when we called, Dustin came right away to our rescue! He and the crew did an awesome job to get us back on the road! Thanks to the excellent customer service we received, we highly recommend these folks! We were treated just like family!!
I purchased my bike here last year, and I just had it in for service. I have been very pleased with the level of customer service, finding the staff, both sales and service, very polite and willing to address concerns and answer questions. Definitely recommend this place and I will continue to travel from Wichita to Kingman for service - it's worth the trip.
